The two center wheels cause rows to lose ground contact near the hinge points.
These wheels are critical for carrying weight when the planter is lifted,
but as soon as weight is converted to downpressure in planting,
they are non-essential... only problematic.

The Terrace King is a modified carrier arm that lifts the wheels above the ground when planting, but returns them to a weight-bearing position when the planter is lifted.
This is accomplished with a unique geometry that incorporates existing hydraulic cylinders and hardware.
